★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not possible to check in at machines for all airlines. No automatic baggage drop. Uber has its own pickup location on the 3rd level. Plenty of restaurants before security but not as many options after. A very long distance to walk to some gates. Charging ports should be added to more seating areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best airport let's be honest. Everything's so spread out, few shops and restaurants arranged in a huge wide open space. Needlessly 3 levels, they could have fit the small amount they have on one. Poor design, drab featureless interior.. The only thing that saves this is a Starbucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well organized airport with helpful people who work there. For a South-American airport everything is set up very efficiently and therefore I had hardly any delays during the check-inn, the security and boarding process. I was positively surprised and had plenty of time left to do some shopping in the many tax free stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge airport. When arriving our bags didn't arrive with us (Latam Airlines). We took a taxi that night which fare was fair.
When leaving, I had some USD dollars to change and their agencies have the worst fare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice airport, the WiFi is free and you can use as much as you want. The stuff is really good. The only problem is that is far away from the city and is not really good connected with the city center when I come at the airport there was no public transportation to get to downtown or Copacabana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insufficient seating, you can’t get a boarding pass until the airline opens its desk, which is around 2hrs before a flight. I got here with 4hrs to spare, and had to walk around this airport. At least there is “Free” wifi in exchange for your personal contact info ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State of The Art Airport with friendly and knowledgeable staff! I am always pleased with the way I am treated and with they way everything flows when arriving or departing from this Airport. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within this Airport so if you're looking to dine in or grab a quick bite, you can find plenty of either... I have never had a bad experience at this Airport. Two thumbs up!!
