★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca entrem nessa loja! Eu e minha mãe entramos e simplesmente NINGUÉM veio nos atender, a vendedora ficou conversando com uma motoqueira e NADA de atendimento! Temos cara de quem não compra? Vocês atendem por hora marcada, por isso a vendedora desfaz da cliente para conversar? A primeira vez que vim não foi lá aquelas coisas o atendimento e hoje essa falta de educação. Vocês vem marca POPULAR não roupa de grife, se toquem, não tem nenhuma Anne Fernandes na sua loja p analisar quem compra ou não se acharem no direito de não atender, pq até em lojas de alto padrão já fui mais bem recebida. Quem eu puder falar do péssimo atendimento eu irei, obrigada
Never go into that store! My mother and I went in and simply NO ONE came to answer us, the saleswoman was talking to a biker and NOTHING to attend! Do we look like someone who doesn't buy? Do you answer by appointment, so the saleswoman undoes the client to talk? The first time I came, it was not that kind of service and today this lack of education. You come with a POPULAR brand, not designer clothes, if you touch them, there is no Anne Fernandes in your store to analyze who buys or if they are not entitled to not answer, because even in high-end stores I have been more well received. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, porém fui presenteada com um body da loja e na compra do presente foi informado que a peça poderia ser trocada caso não servisse. Pois não serviu e eu fui até a loja e se recusaram a trocar, alegando que seria uma peça íntima, NÃO TEM CABIMENTO ISSO! Na primeira vez que fui até a loja eu adorei tudo, mas me desagradou e me constrangeu quando fui realizar a troca. NÃO RECOMENDO, UMA TOTAL FALTA DE ORGANIZAÇÃO E CONSIDERAÇÃO COM OS CLIENTES!
The service is good, but I was presented with a bodysuit from the store and when buying the gift I was informed that the piece could be exchanged if it didn't fit. Well, it didn't work and I went to the store and they refused to change it, claiming that it would be an underwear, IT DOESN'T WORK! The first time I went to the store I loved everything, but I was displeased and embarrassed when I went to make the exchange. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, A TOTAL LACK OF ORGANIZATION AND CONSIDERATION WITH CUSTOMERS!
