★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NAO COMPREM , péssimo atendimento, me entregaram a churrasqueira fora do horário comercial a princípio seria as 12:00 Me entregaram as 07:30 da noite e ainda queriam me cobrar por isso, falei com o gerente da loja uma pessoa intransigente e mau educada que nao sabe tratar o cliente,e ainda por cima me mandaram uma churrasqueira torta que só vi no outro dia por causa do horário da entrega, repito NAO COMPREM...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência completamente enrolados, prometeram entrega até hoje às 17hrs pois deixei bem claro que tinha um evento na data de hoje, deixaram para entregar no dia do meu evento e não cumpriram com o combinado, o entregador me ligou 19:40 para informar que estava saindo de Realengo para ir para Água Santa fazer minha entrega. Se não pode fazer é só falar que não. NUNCA mais faço qualquer negócio e nem indico

Má vontade para vender. Montagem apenas no térreo, mesmo se tiver alguém q coloque em outro andar eles não montam. Cobram um valor de 75 reais por lance de escada e mais adicionais por metro andado pelos funcionários, e ainda querem q o próprio cliente tire medidas q só cabem ao funcionário da instalação fazer. No mais, só faltam pedir q os próprios clientes montem a churrasqueira. Liguei pra fazer uma compra, e não pra pedir um emprego.

Além de cobrarem R$75,00 por lance de escada + adicionais, no primeiro contato, fazem uma série de exigências que são de responsabilidade do técnico de instalação. Possuem um profissional da área de atendimento totalmente despreparado para lidar com o cliente via WhatsApp.
Sugiro que procurem por outras lojas, porque essa tem muito o que aprender para ser considerada como tal.
Dou uma estrela, mas merecia meia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa empresa a ninguém pois comprei uma churrasqueira com eles a vista,me deram um prazo de 7 dias úteis para está entregando mas atrasaram mais de 20 dias para entregar e ainda veio com defeito.
Reclamei e me deram o prazo de 8 dias úteis e já está com quatro dias de atraso.
COMPETÊNCIA NENHUMA ESSA EMPRESA.
E AINDA FICAM POSTANDO FOTOS DESSAS CHURRASQUEIRA FAZENDO MAIOR PROPAGANDA.
Sem contar que no dia que vieram trazer minha churrasqueira sujaram meu chão todo de tinta.?
I do not recommend this company to anyone because I bought a barbecue with them in sight, they gave me a period of 7 working days for it to be delivered, but they were more than 20 days late to deliver and it still came defective.
I complained and they gave me 8 working days and it is already four days late.
COMPETENCE NONE OF THIS COMPANY.
AND THEY ARE STILL POSTING PICTURES OF THE BARBECUE MAKING MORE ADVERTISING.
Not to mention that the day they came to bring my grill, they covered my floor with paint.'

Fiz o pedido de uma bancada na data 29/06 com a promessa de entrega em 7 dia úteis , no caso 08/7 o prazo de entrega não se cumpriu , até aí blz . Fui receber a entrega ontem dia 17/07 um prazo bem maior do que o combinado mas enfim , aceitei . Quando chegou a bancada aqui o rapaz viu minha churrasqueira e perguntou se eu tinha pedido a bancada da cor diferente da churrasqueira msm , pois a bancada era tipo laranja , eu falei que não e mostrei a conversa e a foto para ele . Aí começa o problema .... Ele liga para a empresa e a empresa me comunica que deixaria a bancada aqui e que durante a semana voltaria com a tinta certa para pinta lá , pois a pintura eles fazem na hora . Eu dei uma opção para eles e perguntei se eles não poderiam pintar minha churrasqueira da msm cor que a bancada que eles iriam pintar , a atendente me falou que não pois aí seria uma revitalização da minha churrasqueira e que teria que pagar um valor de $130 eu perguntei a ela , como revitalização da minha churrasqueira se ela está nova ? Pediram foto da churrasqueira e tudo mais , o entregador mandou e essa atendente depois de 30 minutos liga dizendo que realmente teria que pagar pq não é assim que eles trabalham e tudo isso sendo super mal educada , achando que estava me dando alguma coisa ou me prestando um favor sendo que o maior prejudicado da história sou eu , o consumidor , o cara que ajuda a manter o salário dela e os dos demais em dia e ela super arrogante mandou o entregador levar a churrasqueira de volta pois não teria o que ser feito . Enfim ... Perdi meu sábado pois fiquei em casa o dia inteiro para poder receber a churrasqueira e não consegui , fui destratado e constrangido . Eu não compro nem 1 alfinete nessa empresa e espero que mto tbm não comprar pois compromisso e comprometimento são coisas essenciais para um comércio e eles não tem !

I gave them an option and asked if they couldn't paint my grill the same color as the countertop they were going to paint, the attendant told me no because then it would be a revitalization of my grill and that I would have to pay $130 for me. I asked her, how can I revitalize my grill if it's new? They asked for a photo of the barbecue grill and everything , the deliveryman sent it and this attendant after 30 minutes called saying that she would really have to pay because that is not how they work and all this being super rude , thinking she was giving me something or paying me a favor being that the biggest loser in history is me, the consumer, the guy who helps keep her wages and those of others up to date, and she super arrogantly sent the delivery man to take the barbecue back because there was nothing to be done. Anyway ... I missed my Saturday because I stayed at home all day to receive the barbecue and I could not , I was treated and embarrassed . I don't buy even 1 pin in this company and I hope that I don't buy it too, because commitment and commitment are essential things for a trade and they don't have it!
