We lost 1 day on the island, 1 day of inn, 1 day of sightseeing and a feeling of sadness in those losses, because we were prepared for that day 17. We went, getting there, the girl in the blue informed that who had to resolve it was the agency, because we bought a pct. We called the operator again and passed the phone to the blue girl.
