A senhora que fica no balcão, além de mal educada, fica botando dificuldades em tudo, não faz a menor questão de facilitar as coisas pro cliente, segue a linha da burocracia burra, que não faz sentido algum. Dá raiva a pessoa dialogar com pessoas assim. O atendimento via WhatsApp é nulo, não respondem, mesmo tendo lido. Já o telefone, não atendem. Não entendo como uma empresa dessas ainda existe no mercado. Retrógrados, pobres em qualidade, atendimento e eficiência.
Terrible service, zero customer attention. The lady at the counter, in addition to being rude, is making everything difficult, she doesn't care about making things easier for the customer, she follows the line of stupid bureaucracy, which doesn't make any sense. It makes people angry to talk to people like that. The service via WhatsApp is null, they do not respond, even having read it. As for the phone, they don't answer. I don't understand how such a company still exists in the market. Retrograde, poor in quality, service and efficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço muito abaixo do esperado, deixei uma balança que tava na garantia e a bateria tava baixa, falaram que a bateria não se estendia na garantia de 1 ano. foi trocado a bateria paguei pelo serviço, 5 messe depois a balança aparece com o mesmo defeito já fora da garantia eles vem me dizer que foi a placa que alimenta a bateria e ainda cobra um absurdo em média de R$ 190,00. muito fraco. #Fazendo uma correção da minha avaliação anterior, pois estive com o SRº Thompson proprietário da RN BALANÇAS, consternei minha insatisfação com relação ao serviço realizado em minha balança e logo ele se prontificou em resolver o caso. e deu certo. Obrigado SRº Thompson.
Service much lower than expected, I left a scale that was under warranty and the battery was low, they said that the battery did not extend under the 1-year warranty. the battery was changed I paid for the service, 5 months later the scale appears with the same defect already out of warranty they come to tell me that it was the board that feeds the battery and still charges an absurd average of R$ 190.00. very weak. #Making a correction to my previous assessment, as I was with Mr. Thompson, owner of RN BALANÇAS, I dismayed my dissatisfaction with the service performed on my scale and soon he volunteered to resolve the case. and it worked. Thank you Mr Thompson.
