Meu caso era a calibração de uma balança analítica, e o técnico, único de Natal, inegavelmente negou visita ao local da balança. Tivemos que contratar uma empresa de Recife que, mesmo com o deslocamento do técnico, cobrou preço mais baixo!
The technician does not answer at the customer's commercial establishment. My case was the calibration of an analytical balance, and the technician, unique in Natal, undeniably denied visiting the scale. We had to hire a company from Recife that, even with the technician's displacement, charged a lower price!
