Marquei a consulta e chegando no endereço a posta estava trancada, nenhum dos números chama e whatsapp não responde.
I made an appointment and arriving at the address the post was locked, none of the numbers calls and whatsapp does not answer.

Profissionalismo nota 0. Abrem agenda no site da hapvida, marcamos a consulta e quando chegamos lá damos com a cara na porta fechada. E o pessoal que trabalha no prédio onde fica o consultório me disse que isso é normal acontecer, que eu não fui a primeira enganada ?????.
Professionalism grade 0. They open an agenda on the hapvida website, make an appointment and when we get there we find our face in the closed door. And the people who work in the building where the office is located told me that this is normal to happen, that I was not the first to be deceived ?????.

Atendimento horrível, desorganização e desdém com o paciente. Estava com um canal marcado, fui desmarcada no dia 24/08 pois a dentista estava com suspeita de covid. No dia 14/09 ninguém havia entrado em contato comigo para fazer a remarcação. Entrei em contato com eles via whatsapp nesse mesmo dia por volta das 10h da manhã, visualizaram as 16:33h e não me responderam. Detalhe que eu passei esse tempo todo sentindo dor e esperando para concluir meu tratamento, pois a dentista já havia começado o procedimento e eu estava com um curativo desde 24/08, também fiquei tomando ibuprofeno todos os dias. Não suportei o desserviço e marquei outro dentista, precisei de um encaminhamento ou no mínimo que eles me explicassem qual o dente que precisava do canal (para eu repassar pro novo dentista e não começar do zero) e me disseram que eu tinha que voltar na clinica para o dentista avaliar e fazer o encaminhamento. Se fosse pra eu voltar na clínica eu queria que concluíssem meu canal, não uma avaliação, não faz sentido nenhum isso. Poxa, não tinha histórico nenhum meu? Pois eu já havia passado pela avaliação. Não fazem prontuário? Desorganizados demais, não recomendo!
Horrible care, disorganization and disdain for the patient. I had a channel marked, I was unmarked on 24/08 because the dentist was suspected of covid. On September 14, no one had contacted me to reschedule. I got in touch with them via whatsapp that same day at around 10 am, they viewed it at 4:33 pm and they didn't answer me. Detail that I spent all this time feeling pain and waiting to complete my treatment, as the dentist had already started the procedure and I had a bandage on since 24/08, I was also taking ibuprofen every day. I didn't support the disservice and I booked another dentist, I needed a referral or at least they explained to me which tooth needed the canal (so I could pass it on to the new dentist and not start from scratch) and they told me I had to go back to the clinic for the dentist to evaluate and make the referral. If I were to go back to the clinic I would want them to complete my channel, not an assessment, it doesn't make any sense. Wow, didn't I have any history of mine? Because I had already gone through the evaluation. Don't make records? Too disorganized, don't recommend!
