Não precisam se preocupar só quem conhece bem sabe dizer se vale a pena , engraçado por que é ate difícil conseguir horário pra uma simples revisão, então se o serviço fosse ruim seria tão requisitada ???? E indica por pessoas no meio automobilístico ???? Então fica aqui meu parabéns pelo excelente atendimento e serviço realizado ontem no meu 4° carro !!!!!

It was great, I've been a Customer for over 5 years now, 3 cars have been built in the hands of this team, they question the quality of service ???? No need to worry, only those who know you well know how to tell if it's worth it, funny because it's even difficult to get time for a simple review, so if the service was bad it would be so requested ???? Só tenho a agradecer pelo tuning que foi feito no meu veículo, hoje ele se destaca por onde passa!!! Hoje, a velocidade da luz eu tô alcançando de segunda marcha!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente que já levou mais de 3 carros lá, e indicou várias pessoas. Hoje fui totalmente destratado pelo telefone por uma “atendente”. Para falar assim, só podia ser funcionário mal treinado e com a vida triste. Então fui reclamar com o proprietário e o mesmo disse que ela era proprietária também e esposa dele kkkk, rapidamente quis nem saber e já tirei meu carro de lá. Uma PROPRIETÁRIA falar “ você não sabe ler não? Todo mundo entende essa descrição de valores, menos você. Você acha que vou te dar de graça essa peça”? para um cliente? Tem nem o que pensar, resultado, fui em outro lugar, me trataram super bem e me mostraram com CLAREZA os valores e o que estava incluso, paguei mais caro e não arrependo, pois tive ATENDIMENTO. Coisa que na rocket não tive. E o PIOR quando fui pegar meu carro de volta, SÓ me entregaram a chave, falaram ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA do destrato que tive. Política de pré e pós venda dessa loja aí já vi que é péssima. E outra, dezenas de lojistas falam que eles são folgados mesmo. Pois bem perderam cliente de 3 anos que indicou várias pessoas. Pode ter certeza que não indico mais pra ninguém . Obrigado !
Customer who has taken more than 3 cars there, and referred several people. Today I was totally abused over the phone by an “attendant”. To put it this way, I could only be a poorly trained employee with a sad life. So I went to complain to the owner and he said that she was also the owner and his wife hahaha, I quickly didn't know and I already took my car out of there. An OWNER says “you can't read? Everyone understands this description of values except you. Do you think I'll give you this piece for free”? for a customer? There's nothing to think about, as a result, I went elsewhere, they treated me very well and showed me with CLARITY the values and what was included, I paid more and I don't regret it, because I had SERVICE. Something I didn't have on the rocket. And the WORST thing when I went to get my car back, they ONLY handed me the key, they said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the abuse I had. Pre and post sales policy for this store, I've already seen that it's terrible. And another, dozens of shopkeepers say they are really lazy. Well, they lost a 3 year old client who referred several people. You can be sure that I don't recommend it to anyone else. Thanks !
