Me forneceram um orçamento no sábado e na terça-feira ao tentar agendar o serviço apresentaram valores completamente diferentes, de forma grosseira e com tremendo desrespeito. Estou surpresa que o negócio ainda esteja aberto. Prefiro pagar um pouco mais em outro estabelecimento para fazer a manutenção do meu carro e ser tratada com respeito.
They have no idea how to communicate with the customer. They provided me with a budget on Saturday and on Tuesday when trying to schedule the service presented completely different values, grossly and with tremendous disrespect. I'm surprised the deal is still open. I'd rather pay a little more in another establishment to do the maintenance of my car and be treated with respect.

Procurei um oficina idônea para poder fazer um laudo no meu carro e foi constatado que praticamente nada foi trocado. Apenas os que estava visível aos olhos. Estou entrando na justiça para reaver o valor gasto, pois fui cancelar 4 dias depois e o dono já havia sacado o dinheiro.
Unfortunately I paid dearly for maintenance on my car. When I asked for the invoices for the parts, I received nothing. I looked for a reputable workshop to be able to do a report on my car and it was found that practically nothing was changed. Only the ones that were visible to the eye. I'm going to court to recover the amount spent, because I went to cancel 4 days later and the owner had already withdrawn the money.
