★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sempre trabalharam de forma correta porém nosso ultimo pedido deu problema a falta de transparencia da empresa com a questão de coleta deixou a deseja, solicitada coleta desde 03/12 para retirada em 04/12 nada ocorreu, apos reclamações a empresa informou que devido a alta demanda passou a coletar em 72 hrs, que seria hoje o prazo 06/12, desde cedo nada de coletarem, como é um volume alto sabemos que a empresa não vai coletar nem hoje, apos trocar emails com a empresa percebemos que nada ocorreria ocasionando atraso na entrega do produto ao nosso cliente e por fim tivemos que contratar outra empresa por isso não indico os serviços dessa empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não contratem está Empresa. Extremamente irresponsável e que trata o cliente com descaso. Chegaram pra entregar a mudança quase perto do horário limite do prédio e sem a quantidade de pessoas suficientes para efetuar o descarregamento. Pra não ficar mais um dia sem as coisas tive que carregar todas as caixas do elevador para o apartamento. Perderam os parafusos da minha mesa de jantar e várias madeiras da cama da minha filha e não estão nem um pouco empenhados em resolver nenhum dos problemas ocorridos. Ação judicial será o único caminho infelizmente.
Do not hire this Company. Extremely irresponsible and who treats the customer with disregard. They arrived to deliver the move almost close to the building's deadline and without enough people to unload it. In order not to be another day without things I had to carry all the boxes from the elevator to the apartment. They lost the screws on my dining table and several of the wood on my daughter's bed and are not at all committed to solving any of the problems that occurred. Lawsuit will be the only way unfortunately.
