★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos esta empresa de mudanca (para o exterior) pois eles ofereciam mais agilidade no processo, apesar de serem um pouco mais caros. Porem, essa suposta "agilidade no processo" era somente no papo (na venda), ja que enquanto o prometido pela empresa era 45 dias de prazo de entrega, a mudanca levou 66 dias - sendo que o concorrente deles que havia oferecido um preco mais em conta estimou 60 dias de entrega. Neste tempo extra tivemos gastos extras pois acreditamos na eficiencia prometida pela empresa... um movel chegou danificado e o seguro que fizemos ficou so no papel, pois excesso de processo administrativo e problemas de comunicacao (feita pelo exterior) impediram de nos reembolsarem pelo dano que eles causaram. Nao recomendo esta empresa pra ninguem!!
 We hired this moving company (abroad) because they offered more agility in the process, despite being a little more expensive. However, this supposed "agility in the process" was only in the chat (in the sale), since while the company promised 45 days of delivery time, the change took 66 days - being that their competitor who had offered a higher price account estimated 60 days of delivery. In this extra time we had extra expenses because we believe in the efficiency promised by the company ... a furniture arrived damaged and the insurance we made was only on paper, because excessive administrative process and communication problems (made from abroad) prevented us to reimburse us for the damage that they caused. I do not recommend this company to anyone !!
