★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem boa infra-estrutura, porém carece de agentes para prestar informações adequadas, pois os funcionários que trabalham nas lanchonetes desconhecem trajetos e ônibus que circulam na cidade. Fica junto da estação de trem Prefeito Saladino.

O Site do anúncio do google nos leva até o site da EMTU transportes urbanos que não dá informação sobre quais empresas operam na rodoviária e quais cidades atendem. Uma cidade como Santo André não merece uma rodoviária tão ruim.
Terrible attendance. No one answered on the phone, it rings and rings and no one answers. The Google Ad Site takes us to the EMTU Urban Transport website which does not provide information on which companies operate at the bus station and which cities they serve. A city like Santo André doesn't deserve such a bad bus station.

Fui comprar uma passagem para o meu pai e o guichê estava fechado para almoço, perdi a viagem, nunca vi um guichê de venda de passagem ficar fechado... Será que não tem outro funcionário para cobrir durante o horário de almoço?
