★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendente despreparada tive que ir 2 vezes e quase não resolvi o problema fora a cara de má vontade de todos que estavam mais preocupados em conversar do que dar um atendimento digno ao povão aglomerado em filas imensas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim como a maioria do serviço público, este também deixa a desejar. A fila é sempre grande (+ ou - 1h de espera)e não há cadeiras para idosos ou gestantes. Todos ficam em pé. Há fila preferencial no primeiro guichê à esquerda. A SPTrans fica próxima à plataforma F, quase na saída, no final do corredor do terminal de ônibus urbanos.
Like most of the public service, this also leaves something to be desired. The queue is always large (+ or - 1h waiting) and there are no chairs for seniors or pregnant women. Everyone stands. There is a preferred queue at the first window on the left. SPTrans is near the F platform, almost at the exit, at the end of the corridor of the urban bus terminal.
