★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende ao telefone. Isso é muito grave para uma cidade patrimônio turístico do Brasil. A rodoviária é a porta de entrada de uma cidade. O prefeito, seja de qual partido for, não tem experiência com turismo e logística em transportes e comunicação social. Precisa melhorar.
Nobody answers the phone. This is very serious for a tourist heritage city in Brazil. The bus station is the gateway to a city. The mayor, from whichever party he is, has no experience with tourism and logistics in transport and social communication. Need to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminal simples com lanchonetes. Permite o embarque de algumas linhas interurbanas sem a aquisição antecipada de bilhete (verifique as condições da linha que vc usará). Para essas linhas, o embarque é feito através de uma fila formada por ordem de chegada. Utilizo uma vez por semana!
Simple terminal with snack bars. Allows you to board some intercity lines without purchasing a ticket in advance (check the conditions of the line you will use). For these lines, boarding is done through a queue formed on a first-come, first-served basis. I use it once a week!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local de muitas chegadas e partidas para os mais variados destinos. Ha apenas dois guiches: uma da Transur e um da Útil. Há lanchonetes, uma loja de artesanato, um brecho, um chaveiro e o ponto de táxi. Esta rodoviária possui banheiros limpos.
Place of many arrivals and departures to the most varied destinations. There are only two windows: one by Transur and one by Útil. There are snack bars, a craft shop, a thrift store, a keyring and a taxi stand. This bus station has clean restrooms.
