A manutenção e limpeza não tem, os passageiros/visitantes não tem se quer um banheiro limpo/digno para os usuários que ali frequanta

There is no maintenance and cleaning, passengers / visitors do not have a clean / decent bathroom for users who frequent there.

you were elected to represent the interests of the people, in 2020 if the voters of Presidente Dutra MA are ashamed in their faces, they would not elect at least 80% of those who are elected today and have never done anything for the good of the municipality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirei a passagem dia 02/05/22 na rodoviária de presidente dutra comprei na empresa expresso maia e eles não falaram que poderia vir outra empresa como a novo horizonte e assim que o horário passou fui perguntar e eles disseram que a novo horizonte já tinha ido. Eles não fizeram questão de me ajudar falando que não tinha como me levar só tinha 15 min que o ônibus tinha saído eu implorei pra eles me ajudar, falei pra devolver meu dinheiro que eu ia comprar em outra empresa pq precisava ir embora pq tinha uma entrevista dia 04/05/22. Estou indignada e muito decepcionada que eles não verificaram se tava falando passageiro e esse povo da agência mentindo falando que eles tinha chamado goiania eu estava aqui o tempo todo.
I took the ticket on 05/02/22 at the Presidente Dutra bus station I bought it from the express company Maia and they did not say that another company could come like Novo Horizonte and as soon as the time passed I went to ask and they said that Novo Horizonte had already gone . They didn't insist on helping me saying that there was no way to take me there was only 15 minutes before the bus had left I begged them to help me, I told them to return my money that I was going to buy from another company because I needed to leave because I had an interview day 04/05/22. I'm indignant and very disappointed that they didn't check if I was talking about passenger and these people from the agency lying saying that they had called goiania I was here the whole time.
