★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar horrível com indivíduos mau educados deveriam fechar esse local urgente, não comprem passagens nesse lugar quase fomos agredidos fisicamente pelo expedito, eles vendem uma passagem com uma foto bonita do ônibus mas na hora da viagem é completamente diferente, ônibus em situações precárias, deveriam se envergonhar de transportar pessoas dentro deles, todos os funcionários são mau educados e agressivos os da agência e os que ficam na churrascaria, me arrependo profundamente e quero deixar um alerta para outras pessoas não passarem pelo mesmo que passei.
Horrible place with rude individuals should close this place urgently, do not buy tickets in this place we were almost physically attacked by the expedient, they sell a ticket with a beautiful photo of the bus but at the time of travel it is completely different, buses in precarious situations, they should be ashamed of transporting people inside them, all the employees are rude and aggressive, those at the agency and those who stay at the steakhouse, I deeply regret it and I want to leave a warning for other people not to go through the same thing I went through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando o ar-condicionado estava ligado chovia mais dentro do que fora além disso o ônibus parava de 15 em 15 min, fiz uma viajem de dois dias pagando pra eles me deixarem no terminal de campinas nem perto eles passaram tive que me virar pra vim embora
When the air conditioning was on, it rained more inside than outside, and the bus stopped every 15 minutes, I took a two-day trip paying them to drop me off at the campinas terminal, not even close, they passed by I had to turn around to leave
