★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Prometem prazo e não cumprem. Instalaram uma peça com defeito e não resolvem. Meses de enrolação. Quando apareceram para resolver, não resolveram e danificaram o revestimento. O prestador nem comunicou o dano, deixou o imóvel e só fiquei sabendo do ocorrido quando verifiquei pessoalmente. Coloquei no Procon e a proprietária se recusa a me indenizar enquanto eu não retirar essa reclamação daqui. Não acreditem nos reviews positivos daqui, ou são de amigos ou são reviews comprados. Poor service. They promise a deadline and do not comply. They installed a defective part and do not solve it. Months of stalling. When they appeared to solve, they did not resolve and damaged the coating. The provider did not even report the damage, left the property and I only found out about it when I checked it personally. I put it in Procon and the owner refuses to indemnify me until I get this claim out of here. Do not believe the positive reviews here, they are from friends or they are bought reviews. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechamos contrato em julho com prazo de 40 dias, até outubro nao havia me entragado todas as peças, sendo que por umas 5 semanas o prazo era sempre a semana seguinte. Acabei tendo que me mudar com a casa incompleta, nunca finalizou o contrato. Nao me atende, e nao retorna contato e nao deu satisfacao - mas o dinheiro do contrato cobrou rapidinho.
Nao fiquei satisfeita, e nao recomendo.
We signed a contract in July with a term of 40 days, until October I had not delivered all the pieces, and for about 5 weeks the term was always the following week. I ended up having to move in with the house incomplete, I never finalized the contract. He doesn’t answer me, and he doesn’t return contact and didn’t give satisfaction - but the money from the contract charged quickly.
I was not satisfied, and I do not recommend it.

Estava desesperada atrás de uma marmoraria que conseguisse fazer minha pia de cozinha no prazo q eu precisava (5 dias, e olha que tinha feriado no meio do caminho), e eles além de me retornarem no meio da ponte do feriado (era sábado 16/11), me entregaram a pia na sexta dia 22, mesmo tendo feriado na quarta!!!
E não me cobraram a mais pela urgência.
Estou extremamente satisfeita, com o atendimento da Nelci e sua equipe e com a qualidade do material. Muito obrigada!!!
I was VERY well attended! I was desperate for a marbling house that could make my kitchen sink within the time I needed it (5 days, and look, I had a holiday on my way), and they, besides returning me in the middle of the holiday bridge (it was Saturday 11), handed me the sink on Friday the 22nd, even having a holiday on Wednesday !!!
And they did not charge me more for urgency.
I am extremely pleased with the service Nelci and its staff and the quality of the material. Thank you!!!
