Liguei depois de dois dias pois não recebi nenhum retorno, e novamente não havia corretor disponível. Ao falar para a atendente da situação que passei (não ter recebido retorno da primeira ligação), ela simplesmente desligou o telefone. Retornei três vezes seguidas a ligação e foram todas desligadas sem nenhum tipo de justificativa.
Se o atendimento para informações de imóveis já é assim, imagine o pós venda. Não recomendo.
I called once, they picked up my phone because the broker was not available.
I called after two days because I did not get any returns, and again there was no broker available. Speaking to the attendant of the situation I passed (not having received return from the first call), she simply hung up the phone. I returned the call three times in a row and they all went off without any kind of justification.
If the service for real estate information is already so, imagine the after sale. Would not recommend.
