★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência na loja do Norte shopping RJ. Comprei 2 peças de brincos dourados para minha esposa e em menos de 1 mês perderam a coloração. Quando fui ver com a loja a gerente falou que estava a mesma coisa sem ao menos avaliar ou comparar com outra peça. A muito contra gosto, falou que iria levar pra avaliação em 30 dias . Descaso com o cliente que sempre comprou da marca. Ao menos tinham que me dar outra peça até avaliarem.
Muito ruim o atendimento da gerente no sábado, dia 23 de março 22, as 17h20min.
I had a bad experience at the Norte shopping RJ store. I bought 2 pieces of golden earrings for my wife and in less than 1 month they lost their color. When I went to see the store, the manager said it was the same without even evaluating or comparing it with another piece. Very reluctantly, he said he would take it for evaluation in 30 days. Negligence with the customer who always bought from the brand. At least they had to give me another piece until they evaluated it.
Very bad service from the manager on Saturday, March 23, 22, at 5:20 pm.
