 The products are beautiful, but with loose of very low quality. Rommanel was already good because nowadays ... almost disposable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa pelo o que eu li do Lucas Bello a gerente não dá apoio ao cliente e a vendedora só sabe vender mas não ajuda a resolver nenhum problema ...que vergonha uma empresa de grande porte ter esses tipos de funcionários.
E aquilo né comprou saiu da loja acabou a dedicação lamentável
Wow, from what I read about Lucas Bello, the manager does not provide customer support and the salesperson only knows how to sell but does not help to solve any problem ... what a shame for a large company to have these types of employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei duas alianças no dia 19/04/2021 na Rommanel do centro de Campo Grande. E quando cheguei a casa e testei as alianças, as medidas não bateram e ficaram largas no dedo. Obviamente, fui a loja trocar, até porque tinha menos de 48h de compra e a vendedora Patrícia informou que NÃO FARIA a troca da aliança porque o papel tinha que estar colado. As alianças não foram nem usadas e não quiseram trocar. O pior é que a gerente não fez questão nenhuma de me dar assistência ou satisfação. Estou indignado, quero que troquem porque o produto é novo e NÃO FOI NEM USADO!

I bought two wedding rings on 04/19/2021 at Rommanel in the center of Campo Grande. And when I got home and tested the rings, the measurements didn’t match and went wide on the finger. Obviously, I went to the store to change, not least because I had less than 48 hours to purchase and the saleswoman Patrícia informed that I WON'T DO the exchange of the ring because the paper had to be glued. The rings were not even used and did not want to exchange. The worst thing is that the manager made no point of giving me assistance or satisfaction. I am outraged, I want them to change because the product is new and has NOT BEEN USED!
