★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei até a loja, no bairro do Lote XV em Belford Roxo, por indicação para reparar o cano de descarga do meu carro, um Celta 2012. Uma senhora se apresentou como proprietária e resolveu botar a mão na massa e adiantar o reparo ela mesma, enquanto o profissional responsável finalizava outro carro. Qdo o rapaz chegou pra dar continuidade, visivelmente ficou constrangido com o que viu, mas ainda assim deu continuidade. Cano de descarga instalado ao custo de R$ 430, recebi 1 ano de garantia, porém, menos de 1 mês o cano soltou e ficou tremulando, gerando um barulho em consequência do bate-bate com o fundo do carro. Voltei lá, reclamei o problema e ao invés de terem humildade de admitir o erro e repará-lo, tentaram imputar o problema a uma outra questão relacionada ao motor e ainda orçar em quase R$1000. Não aceitei, sai dali e ouvi pelo menos outros dois especialistas, que apontaram problemas relacionado a erro na instalação da peça. Voltei lá e de novo insistiram em não admitir o erro e dessa vez ainda colocaram dúvidas se a instalação teria sido feita lá, mesmo eu apresentando o ser a Nota Fiscal, mas que na verdade é uma folha do talão de ordem de serviço. Enfim, infelizmente não me restou outra opção a não ser assumir o prejuízo. Hoje descobri que quem me indicou no passado, não me indica mais por questões como estas serem recorrentes. Fujam!
 I arrived at the store, in the Lote XV neighborhood in Belford Roxo, by indication to repair the exhaust pipe of my car, a Celta 2012. A lady introduced herself as the owner and decided to get her hands dirty and advance the repair herself, while the responsible professional finished another car. When the boy arrived to continue, he was visibly embarrassed by what he saw, but still continued. Flushing pipe installed at a cost of R $ 430, I received a 1 year warranty, however, less than 1 month the pipe loosened and flickered, generating a noise as a result of the crash with the bottom of the car. I went back there, complained about the problem and instead of having the humility to admit the error and repair it, they tried to attribute the problem to another issue related to the engine and still budget at almost R $ 1000. I didn't accept it, I left there and I heard at least two other specialists, who pointed out problems related to an error in the installation of the part. I went back there and again insisted on not admitting the mistake and this time they still had doubts if the installation would have been done there, even if I presented the invoice, but that is actually a sheet of the work order slip. Anyway, unfortunately I had no choice but to take the loss. Today I found out that whoever referred me in the past, does not refer me anymore because of issues like these being recurring. Run!

O Alex me atendeu, super profissional, fez um serviço de forma rápida e profissional, sem dar muita volta e ficar condenando um monte de coisa. Cheguei e em menos de 20 minutos sai de lá com o carro sereno, sem barulho no escapamento.

I was referred to the company by my mechanic and I have nothing to complain about. Alex took care of me, super professional, he did a job quickly and professionally, without turning around and condemning a lot of things. I arrived and in less than 20 minutes I left there with the car serene, with no noise in the exhaust.

Liguei na loja, expliquei a quem me atendeu, e perguntei se faria um preço bacana, para corrigir, pois eu sabia que já não estava mais na garantia!
Pediram para levar na loja, para avaliação !
Quem falou comigo por telefone, foi super gente boa!
Agora quem me atendeu na loja, foi totalmente arrogante, dizendo não lembrar de ter feito serviço no meu carro, mas que iria colocar no elevador para avaliar!
Resumindo, me cobrou o valor mais alto para consertar, do que quando troquei a peça por uma nova !
Infelizmente, pela arrogância do rapaz, pedi para descer o carro, que não iria fazer o serviço!
I did a job 06 months ago, changing the intermediate and silent exhaust, and recently it ended up breaking at the seam and falling out!
I called the store, explained to the person who attended me, and asked if I would make a nice price, to correct it, as I knew it was no longer under warranty!
They asked to take it to the store for evaluation!
Whoever spoke to me on the phone was super good!
Now whoever attended me at the store was totally arrogant, saying that they didn't remember having done any service on my car, but that they would put it in the elevator to evaluate!
In short, it charged me a higher amount to fix it than when I exchanged the part for a new one!
Unfortunately, due to the boy's arrogance, I asked to get the car down, which wouldn't do the job!

I really liked it, because it is well located, due to the wide variety of discharge pipes, the reasonable price and the honest and well qualified staff for the service. I just didn't give 5 stars, because there are no chairs, drinking fountain or coffee!
