A Roni literalmente me tirou o medo de comer, me ensinou a ser mais controlada nas minhas porções e me deu liberdade pra comer o que eu gosto também! I highly recommend Roni, when I met her, I had already gone through several nutritionists and all very radical and extremists. Isso quer dizer reaprender ir ao mercado, cozinhar, entender a fome. Tudo isso que a gente normaliza, mas que quando nos dispomos a analisar vemos o quanto é complexo, e a Roni está ali para ajudar. É muito mais do que fazer dieta, é um acompanhamento integral com uma visão multiprofissional incrível. Sem essa de metas irreais e caminhos impossíveis, entre o meu objetivo e a minha realidade muitas dificuldades emergem no dia-a-dia e a Roni é essa profissional que acompanha, repensa e acolhe.
I recommend Ronimara with my eyes closed. It was the best gift I gave myself: choosing a professional who would help me know how to eat. This means relearning to go to the market, cook, understand hunger. All of this that we normalize, but when we are ready to analyze we see how complex it is, and Roni is there to help. It is much more than dieting, it is a comprehensive follow-up with an incredible multiprofessional vision.
