Decidi entrar no crossfit para melhorar minha qualidade de vida. Na época, eu tinha 35 anos, meu filho estava com 1 ano de idade e quando eu subia a escada de casa com ele no braço (os quartos ficam no primeiro andar da minha casa), chegava lá cansado.
Não sabia nem o que era direito, pesquisei no Google, mandei uma mensagem pra eles, recebi um atendimento muito rápido e marquei minha aula experimental. Gostei muito da atenção e me matriculei.
Hoje, tenho uma ótima qualidade de vida e consigo passar um tempão brincando com meu filho, correndo com ele nas costas, inclusive. Umas dores que vez ou outra eu tinha na lombar (e que me falaram para tomar cuidado porque crossfit lesionava) sumiram! Ao invés de lesionar, passei por um processo de fortalecimento da musculatura.
Super recomendo!

I decided to join the crossfit to improve my quality of life. At the time, I was 35 years old, my son was 1 year old and when I climbed the house stairs with him in his arm (the rooms are on the first floor of my house), I got there tired.
I didn't even know what was right, I researched Google, I sent a message to them, I received a very quick service and I booked my experimental class. I really enjoyed the attention and I enrolled.
Today, I have a great quality of life and I manage to spend a lot of time playing with my son, even running with him on his back. Some pains that I sometimes had in my lower back (and that told me to be careful because crossfit was injured) disappeared! Instead of hurting, I went through a process of strengthening the muscles.
I highly recommend it!
