I expected a lot more from the fact that it is a large network. We ordered 2 Milk Shakes, 1 came and after 15 minutes another came... If it wasn't asked, they wouldn't bring a napkin or straw, there was no menu (for Milk Shake), and to help the table it was dirty

Fico super triste, pq é certeza que a franquia não sabe o quanto estão derrubando o nome deles no lixo aqui na cidade
The Itapetininga store used to be good... When it was at the old address, the service was super good. Now, a bunch of unprepared girls, who don't care about customers. I'm super sad, because it's sure the franchise doesn't know how much they're dropping their name in the trash here in town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As funcionárias só atendem com atenção e presteza, quando os donos estão presentes no local. Todas claramente irritadas ou descontentes. Mesas sujas mesmo com várias meninas desocupadas e o salão vazio. Péssima experiência numa loja tão bonita.
The employees only serve with attention and promptness, when the owners are present on site. All clearly angry or displeased. Dirty tables even with several girls unoccupied and the room empty. Terrible experience in such a beautiful store.
