★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei marmitex inúmeras vezes nesse restaurante, pelo Disk entregas. A comida é saborosa, bem embalada e o preço honesto. Mas infelizmente nas últimas vezes prometiam que iriam entregar " dentro de 30 minutinhos", mas demoravam de 01:30h a 02:30h. Por duas vezes cancelei o pedido calmamente, sem estresse e sem xingamentos. Mas fui surpreendida pela agressividade e ironia da atendente ao telefone. A atendente esbravejou e me dispensou sem sequer um pedido de desculpas. Empresa sem controle de qualidade no atendimento ao cliente merece nota zero. Não recomendo.
I bought marmitex numerous times in this restaurant, by Disk Deliveries. The food is tasty, well packaged and the price is honest. But unfortunately the last few times they promised that they would deliver "within 30 minutes", but they took from 01:30 to 02:30. Twice I canceled the order calmly, without stress and without cursing. But I was surprised by the aggressiveness and irony of the telephone attendant. The attendant screamed and dismissed me without even an apology. A company without quality control in customer service deserves a zero score. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha sou cliente faz tempo porém hj me decepcionei por que faz 1:20 que estou esperando e eles nem sequer me avisaram que duraria mais ou menos 50 minutos como sempre eles me avisaram agora tenho que trabalhar e eu não consigo me alimentar e outra paguei Claro porém foi a foi a última vez que eu compro porque nem sequer me avisaram que as entregas sai começariam a ser às 10:45 da manhã e agora são 11:20 e o meu pedido foi peço às 10:13 e nada ainda. Depois que eu cobrei da demora me falaram que as entregas é a partir das 10:45 então por que não manda uma mensagem avisando que as entregue a partir de 10:45?
