★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajo constantemente na rota Cândido Mendes/Carutapera, e vejo que a qualidade do serviço caiu muito. Qdo a empresa começou a fazer esta linha, seus ônibus eram novos, limpos e o ar condicionado funcionava perfeitamente. Atualmente, infelizmente deixa muito a desejar. E as coisas ficam piores quando a viagem é cancelada por problemas no ônibus, caso ocorrido no dia 10/11 (domingo) no horário matutino e somos avisados somente na hora do embarque.
I travel constantly on the Cândido Mendes / Carutapera route, and I see that the quality of service has dropped a lot. When the company started making this line, its buses were new, clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Unfortunately, it currently leaves much to be desired. And things get worse when the trip is canceled due to bus problems, if it occurs on 10/11 (Sunday) in the morning and we are warned only at the time of boarding.
