★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible room service. Below average food. The hospitality is pathetic and the service is so bad that it feels like they are doing it intentionally.
Constant reminders were given, still wrong for orders were sent. And food was stale on multiple occasions. Never been to a hotel which is trying so hard to be bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The principal thing about this hotel is the location. It's located on the best beach avenue of Macaé. However the hotel seems to getting old and the maintenance has not been made properly. The experience with the staff wasn't good as well, at least part of it, mainly with restaurant attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is situated on the beach and has allot of potential. Seems like the building is getting old and some maintenance is required. Pool was not very clean and allot of beer cans lying around over weekends. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast and internet is acceptable.
