A moça que atendeu minha mãe não explicou sobre as contra indicações e complicações que poderiam ocorrer com o procedimento fio de garra, realizamos o pagamento dentro da sala da avaliadora e fomos a recepção para agendar o dia do procedimento e assinar o contrato , foi quando descobrimos as contra indicações e minha mãe é fumante, e está bem claro no contrato que é contra indicado para fumantes, mas isso não foi informado na avaliação, soicitamos o cancelamento, a avaliadora não conseguiu realizar no momento e pediu para aguardar o retorno o que não aconteceu, minha mãe voltou dia 25 p pois a consulta não foi favela e pediu novamente o cancelamento , pediram para aguardar novamente. A empresa não é tranparente e enrola para reembolsar o investimento.

The company is non-transparent and repays the investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha me levou para me presentear, eu me senti uma rainha na clínica, todos muito atenciosos, as vezes que fui sempre teve um bolinho e aquele cafezinho que maravilhoso. Fui atendida pela Dr Loren quanto carinho senti. Infelizmente tive um problema de saúde e precisei dar uma pausa no tratamento mas fui muito bem orientada pelo Lucas de como poderia esta fazendo com o meu pacote e o que me surpreendeu foram as mensagens que recebi de preocupação deles. Assim que meu médico me liberar irei retornar.
My daughter took me for a gift, I felt like a queen at the clinic, everyone was very attentive, whenever I went there was always a cupcake and that wonderful coffee. I was attended by Dr Loren how much affection I felt. Unfortunately I had a health problem and had to take a break from the treatment but I was very well guided by Lucas on how I could be doing with my package and what surprised me were the messages I received of concern from them. As soon as my doctor clears me I will return.
