★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia. Aqui prestarem minha indignação com esta empresa. JAMAIS FECHEM SERVIÇO COM ELES. Por volta de setembro de 2019, fechei um serviço na cozinha e no banheiro com eles. Só mudei em janeiro de 20. De janeiro de 21 há outubro/21 o local ficou fechado. Ou seja, tivemos apenas 1 ano de utilização das pias. Comecei a perceber que em outubro minhas toalhas estavam aparecendo manchadas de cândida, e sempre estavam molhadas. Quando abaixei para ver, descobri que a pia do banheiro estava CHEIA de massa. Ou seja, a marmoraria já instalou um produto de PÉSSIMA qualidade e nem se importou que uma hora iriamos ver / descobrir. Ao procurar eles, disseram apenas que era desgaste natural do tempo. Ou seja, eu que aceite. Paguei super caro num produto TOTALMENTE descartável. Já faz mais de 1 semana que falaram que iriam mandar alguém em casa para avaliar e simplesmente nada. Detalhe: no ano de 2020 eu pedi para que pudesse vir alterar a posição de um balcão e eles não me deram suporte algum. Mais uma vez, depois que eles finalizam, eles não tem dão nenhum suporte, não fazem questão nenhuma de manter o cliente. Em anexo vou enviar as fotos para que vejam e entendam.
 Good Morning. Here, pay my indignation to this company. NEVER CLOSE SERVICE WITH THEM. Around September 2019, I closed a kitchen and bathroom service with them. I only moved in January 20th. From January 21st to October/21st the place was closed. In other words, we only had 1 year of using the sinks. I started noticing that in October my towels were showing up smeared with candida, and they were always wet. When I went down to look, I found the bathroom sink was FULL of dough. In other words, the marble factory has already installed a TERRIBLE product and didn't even care that one time we would see / discover it. When looking for them, they said only that it was a natural wear and tear of time. That is, I accept it. I paid super expensive on a FULLY disposable product. It's been over 1 week since they said they would send someone home to evaluate and simply nothing. Detail: in 2020 I asked to change the position of a counter and they didn't give me any support. Once again, after they're done, they don't have any support, they don't make a point of keeping the customer. In the attachment I will send the photos for you to see and understand.
