Good and beautiful shop. Staff need to know more about the products available in the store. I asked about a specific cat product for 3 employees who tried to convince me that the product did not exist. An employee had to come from another sector to be able to attend to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido na parte da manhã, a entrega chegou na parte da tarde mas o entregador não estava com o pedido. Voltou para buscar o produto e nunca mais apareceu, esperamos por mais de 5 horas. Moro no mesmo bairro, 20 minutos o caminho, de moto, menos ainda.
I placed an order in the morning, the delivery arrived in the afternoon but the delivery man did not have the order. He returned to fetch the product and never came again, we waited for more than 5 hours. I live in the same neighborhood, 20 minutes down the road, on a motorcycle, even less.
