★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo. Entrei em contato para falar sobre a locação de uma casa anunciada por eles e o atendimento foi horrivel. A atendente pediu meus dados e telefone e me direcionou para um corretor, mal educado, passei o endereço do imóvel a ele e ele questionou o número da casa, informei que eu não tinha e ele colocou a ligação em espera e na sequência desligou o telefone na minha cara, após isto ninguém me retornou e fiquei sem informações. Imobiliária péssima, atendimento horrível e funcionários despreparados, parece que estão fazendo um favor aos clientes. Não indico a ninguém.
Lousy service. I contacted to talk about the rental of a house advertised by them and the service was horrible. The attendant asked for my data and phone and directed me to a broker, rude, spent the address of the property to him and he questioned the number of the house, I informed that I had and he put the call on hold and further down the phone In my face, after this nobody returned to me and I was without information. Bad real estate, horrible service and unprepared staff, they seem to be doing their customers a favor. I don't tell anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim aqui fazer um reclamação, inadmissível humilhar alguém na entrevista, mas aí olhando os comentários dos clientes reclamando, era óbvio, se nem os clientes conseguem ter um atendimento bom, quanto mais a futuros colaboradores. Passam mais tempo justificando o erro aqui no Google do que exercendo trabalho com excelência pra não ter que corrigir. Retiro minha reclamação, faço um pedido, MELHOREM!
I came here to make a complaint, it is unacceptable to humiliate someone in the interview, but then looking at the comments of the customers complaining, it was obvious, if not even the customers can have a good service, let alone future employees. They spend more time justifying the mistake here at Google than doing excellent work so they don't have to correct it. I withdraw my complaint, place an order, BETTER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, o atendimento é horrível, demoram muito tempo para responder, e quando respondem nem explicam direito. O que piora a experiência é fato de que se for locação não vai um corretor junto, ou seja, você vai até a imobiliária para buscar a chave e tem que voltar lá para devolver. No meu caso esperei quase uma semana para me informarem que eu podia ir buscar a chave para visitar o imóvel, ainda nos cobraram a chave alegando que tinha outra pessoa para ver o imóvel sem agendamento. Para te cobrarem é 2p agora para atender o que é de seu interesse são dias sem resposta.
Bad experience, the service is horrible, they take a long time to answer, and when they answer they don't even explain it properly. What makes the experience worse is the fact that if you are renting, a broker will not go with you, that is, you go to the real estate company to get the key and have to go back there to return it. In my case I waited almost a week to inform me that I could get the key to visit the property, they even charged us for the key claiming that I had someone else to see the property without an appointment. To charge you is 2p now to meet what is of interest to you are unanswered days.
