★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária manda boleto com valores errados propositalmente, cobram R$350,00 por uma tal de vistoria(conversa fiada), ficam perturbando o inquilino querendo trazer visitantes para o imovel, e o inquilino tem que correr atrás até de cartório para autênticar o contrato quando isso é de responssabilidade da imobiliária. NÃO devolvem o caução corrigido monetariamente como é mencionado e redigido em contrato.
Junte isso tudo e o azar de pegar um proprietário MUITO mesquinho sem noção.
Mas podem acreditar tem imobiliária pior por ai.
Real estate agent sends bill with wrong values on purpose, charge R $ 350.00 for such an inspection (small talk), are disturbing the tenant wanting to bring visitors to the property, and the tenant has to run after the notary to authenticate the contract when this is the real estate company's responsibility. They DO NOT return the security, monetarily corrected as mentioned and written in the contract.
Put it all together and the bad luck of catching a VERY petty owner with no idea.
But you can believe there is worse real estate out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mal atendida pela corretora Bell Santos. Além da demora e falta de disposição em me mostrar os imóveis em que eu estava interessada em alugar, ela sugeriu que eu não poderia ter restrições no meu nome e fez ressalvas sobre o valor. Grosseira demais!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento em todos os quesitos, atrasam pagamento de locador por mais de 2 MESES e para pagarem a pessoa tem que ficar implorando, uma tremenda falta de respeito com o cliente. Só problemas essa imobiliária!
Bad service in all aspects, delay payment of lessor for more than 2 MONTHS and to pay the person has to be begging, a tremendous lack of respect with the customer. Only problems with this realtor!
