★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. NÃO RECOMENDO. Levei minha máquina para manutenção, sem faltar nem uma peça sequer, sem nada solto e, quando fui buscar, estava sem um dos pés (tive de fincar os pés no chão e exigir o pé nivelador do meu próprio aparelho, pois queriam encaixar qualquer um no lugar), veio também sem um parafuso que prende o tampo e a parte traseira do aparelho e um sensor da porta que foi trocado parece ter sido apenas colocado no lugar, pois está solto, movimentando para cima e para baixo quando em uso. Solicitei que fossem em casa para resolver os problemas (prender o sensor da porta e colocar o parafuso faltante para segurar o tampo e a parte traseira, mas sequer me deram previsão. Infelizmente, percebo que ainda terei de judicializar a questão para resolver algo que tentei resolver da maneira mais amigável possível. Lamentável.

I asked them to go home to solve the problems (attach the door sensor and put the missing screw to hold the top and the back, but they didn't even give me a forecast. Unfortunately, I realize that I still have to legalize the issue to resolve something I tried resolve in the most friendly way possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja sem compromisso nenhum com o cliente. Meu equipamento estava desde de Março na loja para reparo e segundo eles haviam encomendado a peça. Porém três meses depois após várias idas sem resposta decidi tirar o microondas dessa loja. Não indico para ninguém.
A store with no commitment to the customer. My equipment had been in the shop since March for repair and according to them they had ordered the part. But three months later, after several visits with no response, I decided to take the microwave out of this store. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima vc liga eles não atende vai pessoalmente eles tão fechado sem nem uma placa sendo que no site diz das 8 as 18 atende não resolve nada só.tem.uma placa vendendo o ponto claro c.esse até fomento ele pode colocar até na China que não dar certo.
Terrible you call, they don't answer, go in person, they're closed without even a sign and on the site it says from 8 to 18, answering doesn't solve anything. not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz orçamento em 07/01/21 e no mesmo mês foi solicitado a peça, eu paguei a entrada do conserto e tem meses que aguardo a peça chegar e nada, solicitei o meu dinheiro de volta e até hoje 25/08/21 não me devolveram.
Sempre ligo, mando mensagens, cheguei até falar com o gerente mas ninguém deu uma resposta, ninguém soluciona o problema.
Acho que respeito, responsabilidade entre outro deveriam ser o pilar de uma empresa, mas essa empresa não tem comprometimento com o seus clientes e muito menos respeito.
I budgeted on 01/07/21 and in the same month the part was requested, I paid the repair fee and I have been waiting for months for the part to arrive and nothing, I requested my money back and until today 08/25/21 I have not returned.
I always call, send messages, I even talk to the manager but nobody gives an answer, nobody solves the problem.
I think respect, responsibility among others should be the pillar of a company, but this company has no commitment to its customers, much less respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a limpeza de um ar condicionado springer há 5 dias, quando devolveram meu aparelho veio faltando uma tampa frontal do ar condicionado, já mandei algumas mensagens e nem sequer respondem se vão devolver ou não a peça que segundo o próprio montador deles perderam na lavagem do ar condicionado.
