Whenever I need a repair, we have to beg, when you think the after-sales service has improved, something new comes along, be careful when they need to call, because not even the attendants have a word in just giving an answer about scheduling.

chamei para fazer um ajuste em uma porta de vidro( que eles instalaram em minha casa) e queriam cobrar R$180,00 Reais antes de executar o serviço. Quando mandei um artigo dizendo que era contra a lei disseram que isso se aplicava somente para novos clientes.

I called to make an adjustment on a glass door (which they installed in my house) and wanted to charge R$180.00 reais before performing the service. When I submitted an article saying it was against the law they said this only applied to new customers.

I was impressed with the quality of service and care. I closed the balcony of my apartment and then I made 6 boxes for my country house.
