Não fechem nenhum contrato de forma alguma!
Essas pessoas não possuem o mínimo senso de respeito e responsabilidade para com o cliente!
Eles não se importam com o cliente!
Não dá para saber do que vivem, pois atender ao cliente é que realmente não é o seu objetivo!
Solicitei serviço, fui atendido cordialmente, maracaram horário para o dia seguinte. Concordei, cancelei compromissos para ficar e aguardar o técnico. Não vieram!! Liguei, reclamei, disseram que havia não registro de meu pedido. Sob protesto, solicitei novamente o serviço. Desta vez confirmaram que estavam registrando e que, certamente eu seria atendido no dia seguinte.
Novamente fiquei de plantão sem que viessem ou, sequer avisassem o motivo de mais este descumprimento de sua palavra!
Então, alerto para que não caiam mas garras dessa gente. Total falta de credibilidade. Tomem cuidado!!!

I asked for service, I was answered cordially, they made an appointment for the next day. I agreed, canceled appointments to stay and wait for the coach. They didn't come !! I called, complained, they said there was no record of my order. Under protest, I requested the service again. This time they confirmed that they were registering and that I would certainly be seen the next day.
Again, I was on duty without them coming or even giving me the reason for another breach of his word!
So, I warn you not to fall but claws of these people. Total lack of credibility. Be careful!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo não atendem ao pedido , eu chamei para vir garantiu que viria e não veio mesmo eu ligando 2 vezes eles viram até às mensagens que enviei no zap e não teve nem coragem ou bom senso em responder totalmente falta de compromisso com o cliente nunca mais eu procuro vcs

Estive na vidraçaria pessoalmente dia 08-03, deixei as medidas, telefone, ficaram de enviar no mesmo dia após as 18h, não enviaram. No dia 11-03 passei um whatsapp relatando o ocorrido, ficaram de responder no mesmo dia e nada!! ? Falta comprometimento e consideração pelo cliente, anotam tudo em papel de pão sem a menor organização.
Terrible attendance!! I got in touch two weeks ago requesting a quote and they did not return it to me. I was in the glass shop personally on 08-03, I left the measurements, phone, they were to send the same day after 18h, they did not send. On 11-03 I spent a whatsapp reporting what happened, they were left to answer on the same day and nothing !! ? Lack of commitment and consideration for the client, they write everything down on bread paper without any organization.
