★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem neste loja, comprei um produto e me entregaram outro nada a ver com o que tinha pedido. Enviei vários e-mails para eles resolverem o problema mais não me responderem nenhum. Agora vou ter que fazer valer meu direito de consumidor. Péssima empresa.
 Don't buy at this store, I bought a product and they gave me another one to do with what I had ordered. I sent several emails for them to solve the problem but they didn't answer me. Now I will have to assert my consumer right. Bad company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja é péssimo atendimento por uma funcionária q não sabia de nada mal vontade de pegar o produto , e quando fui pagar falou q a nota fiscal iria por e-mail, tive q voltar a loja por duas vezes e ainda falou q o gerente não estava , por fim com mal humor me deu a nota e gesticulando q não era dona da empresa , acho q essa funcionária não merece nem tipo de vaga nessa empresa .

Simplesmente ridículo, comprei um compressor de ar no dia 27, no próprio dia 27 o pagamento foi aprovado pois a compra foi realizada com cartão de crédito, optei pelo envio expresso, no site constava que chegaria até o dia 31, até ai tudo certo porem dia 04 do mês seguinte e o produto sequer havia sido enviado, entrei em contato com eles pelo whatsapp e tentaram me enrolar com desculpas como por exemplo "demora para aprovar o pagamento", dois dias depois eles enviaram o produto, quando chegou, o produto era diferente da foto, parecia um produto velho e veio com uma peça quebrada, entrei em contato pelo whatsapp e nada eles fizeram, apenas falaram que poderiam trocar a peça que foi quebrada, abri uma reclamação no reclameaqui e alguns dias depois eles entraram em contato, pediram desculpas e me ofereceram um outro modelo de compressor 220V, falei que não tinha interesse pois onde moro só utilizamos 110V, eles me ofereceram a possibilidade de eu ficar com o produto que me enviaram errado com 10% de desconto, era uma possibilidade de negociação até eu mudar o compressor que veio para 110V (Comprei um bivolt), ele não funcionava o 110V apenas o 220V, tive que comprar um transformador que custou mais 150 reais, enviei a proposta de eles descontarem o valor que paguei no transformador, nunca mais me responderam. Em resumo, o compressor parou de funcionar e esta na autorizada para a assistência, mais 30 dias esperando. Já fiz dezenas de compras pela internet mas essa foi sem dúvida a pior, NÃO RECOMENDO DE FORMA ALGUMA QUE QUALQUER PESSOA COMPRE NESSA LOJA, É SÓ DOR DE CABEÇA.

Simply ridiculous, I bought an air compressor on the 27th, on the 27th the payment was approved because the purchase was made by credit card, I opted for the express delivery, on the site it was supposed to arrive until the 31st, so everything is fine on the 4th of the following month and the product had not even been shipped, I contacted them through whatsapp and tried to curl up with excuses like "delay to approve payment", two days later they sent the product, when it arrived, the product was different from the photo, it looked like an old product and it came with a broken piece, I got in touch by whatsapp and nothing they did, they just said they could change the part that was broken, I filed a complaint in the complaint here and a few days later they contacted , apologized and offered me another model of 220V compressor, I said that it was not interesting because where I live we only use 110V, they offered me the possibility that I keep the product that I they went wrong with 10% discount, it was a negotiation possibility until I changed the compressor that came to 110V (I bought a bivolt), it did not work the 110V only the 220V, I had to buy a transformer that cost a further 150 reais, I sent the proposed to deduct the amount I paid in the transformer, they never answered me again. In summary, the compressor has stopped working and is in the authorized for the assistance, another 30 days waiting. I have already done dozens of purchases over the internet but this was undoubtedly the worst, I DO NOT RECOMMEND SOMETIMES THAT ANY PEOPLE BUY IN THIS STORE, IT IS ONLY HEADACHE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para loja para confirmar a disponibilidade de um equipamento, após 14 minutos de ligação o vendedor afirmou ter em estoque. Depois de chegar na loja, passar o cartão o vendedor diz não tem mais e que o estoque está desatualizado, não recomendo a ninguém, só fazem perder tempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem nessa loja! Eles vendem sem ter em estoque e depois enrolam pra devolver dinheiro. Fiz o pedido no dia 28 de maio pela internet. No dia 05 de junho, recebi email dizendo que não tinha produto. Cancelei e pedi estorno.Acionei a mediação do MERCADO PAGO e a loja não se importa nem em responder a mediação. Sem ética, sem profissionalismo. Devolvam o dinheiro, ele é MEU. Se eu tiver de ir aí, a confusão vai ser grande!
Don't buy at this store! They sell without having in stock and then roll up to return money. I placed the order on May 28 on the internet. Efetuei a compra pela internet, ao receber o produto e abrir a embalagem o produto estava danificado, tentei de algumas formas evitar a devolução do mesmo mas fui muito mal atendido, o atendente simplesmente não deu importância alguma para o caso que ja havia explicado que era a segunda furadeira que havia comprado e seria mais uma que ia devolver por problemas. Infelizmente tive que devolver e simplesmente após receberem o produto de volta cancelaram a minha compra, nem fui informado de nada pois eu queria que trocassem e enviassem uma nova Furadeira 100% funcionando. Por ser uma loja grande e conhecida não esperava essa decepção. NÃO INDICO A NINGUÉM!!!
