Corretora Rosana is one of the best, attentive and explains each process well, the attendants are great people, but the financial sector is terrible, I am waiting to deposit my refund since the end of November, we are already at the end of January and nothing refund falls into account

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, lá trabalha uma corretora, que é uma pessoa totalmente desonesta e dissimulada, omitiu e mentiu vários fatos em uma transação de venda que eu estava tendo com ela, ela trocou os compradores do meu imóvel por duas vezes sem me avisar, segurou meu imóvel alegando que estava tudo certo quando na verdade a venda na qual tínhamos firmado um acordo, já havia dado errado e ela para não perder a venda não me avisou, fazendo com que eu perdesse algumas vendas certas do meu imóvel. Quanto a imobiliária, não sei se foram coniventes ou não, mas com certeza desaconselho tal corretora.
Horrible, there works a broker, who is a totally dishonest and disguised person, omitted and lied several facts in a sale transaction that I was having with her, she changed the buyers of my property twice without warning me, insured my property claiming that it was all right when in fact the sale in which we had signed an agreement, had already gone wrong and she, in order not to lose the sale, did not warn me, causing me to lose some certain sales of my property. As for real estate, I don't know if they were colluding or not, but I certainly advise against such a broker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um imóvel no qual estou vendendo e percebi que o valor estava defasado e como tinha tentado argumentar com a corretora sobre um possível aumento a mesma me informou que não e que na hora de eu comprar outro imóvel me ajudaria,achei estranho até pq ninguém fez cotação do meu e quem da o valor é o proprietário,ainda quando faltava o doc da matrícula ,liguei e informei que antes de ir para a cx queria atualizar informações ,uma x que não tinha fechado a venda pois não foi para a Cx e nem assinei nada,,a Corretora "Ivy" me ligou e qdo informei do possível aumento ,surtou,começou a gritar que estava chateada e q não poderia fazer pq já estava fechado a venda ,tentei argumentar mas não foi possível pois a mesma desligou na minha cara,falta de ética a dela né,,,,mesmo assim no dia seguinte mandei mensagem,a mesma ficou de retornar mas não houve retorno, infelizmente o tão profissionalismo não atingiu nenhuma das expectativas, não sei se a ADM da imobiliária concorda com isso ,mas eu não faço negócio com esse tipo de corretagem.
I have a property I'm selling and I realized that the value was out of date and as I had tried to argue with the brokerage about a possible increase, she informed me that no and that when I bought another property it would help me, I found it strange because no one did price of mine and the owner is the one who gives the value, even when the registration doc was missing, I called and informed that before going to the cx I wanted to update information, an x that had not closed the sale because it was not to the Cx nor I signed nothing, the "Ivy" Broker called me and when I informed about the possible increase, she freaked out, started screaming that she was upset and that she couldn't do it because the sale was already closed, I tried to argue but it was not possible because she hung up on me , her lack of ethics, right,,,, even so, the next day I sent a message, she kept returning but there was no response, unfortunately the professionalism did not reach any of the expectations, I don't know if the ADM of the real estate company agrees with that, but I don't I do business with this type of brokerage.
