★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo demais a empresa, comprei uma impressora térmica L42DT, depois de dois meses precisei imprimir etiqueta de edificação de produtos para o full e as etiquetas 40x25mm não estavam enquadrando na impressora, entrei em contato com quem forneceu as etiquetas e com o suporte da própria elgin 2x, e me disseram que eu tinha que encaminhar para uma assistência técnica, entrei em contato com a RT e eles resolveram meu problema em menos de 5 minutos.
I highly recommend the company, I bought a L42DT thermal printer, after two months I needed to print a full product building label and the 40x25mm labels weren't fitting in the printer, I got in touch with who supplied the labels and with elgin's own support 2x, and they told me that I had to forward it to technical assistance, I contacted RT and they solved my problem in less than 5 minutes.

Fiquei impressionada com o conhecimento da pessoa que resolveu meu problema em 5 min, se todas as empresas focassem em resolver o problema dos seus clientes dessa maneira nossa vida seria muito mais fácil, obrigada pela atenção e resolução!
