★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar para conserto de relógios, fui simplesmente colocar um novo pino na pulseira do relógio, me deram o prazo de 3 dias para retirar (meu Deus, era só o pino) minutos depois de chegar em casa, me ligaram para ir retirar.
Resumindo, arranharam todo o meu relógio, fizeram um trabalho de gente porca, e provavelmente não queriam fazer o péssimo "serviço" na minha presença.
Worst place to repair watches, I simply put a new pin on the watch strap, they gave me a period of 3 days to remove (my God, it was just the pin) minutes after I got home, they called me to go and remove it.
In short, they scratched my watch, did a lot of sow work, and probably didn't want to do the awful "job" in my presence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe comprou uma armação em uma loja e foi até a Rubi ótica e relojoaria, localizada na avenida Itaberaba, número 5201, para fazer as lentes dos ósculos. Quando foi atendida, informaram que, como a armação havia sido comprada em outro lugar, não garantiam a qualidade e que havia a possibilidade de quebrar. Minha mãe, ciente deste fato, prosseguiu com o pedido para fazer as lentes! Quando ficou pronto ela foi buscar, e PAGOU direitinho!
Hoje minha mãe foi trocar a armação em outra ótica e pediu para o atendente confirmar qual era o grau das lentes antigas, e para sua surpresa, ele informou que as lentes eram de plástico e não haviam grau algum, ou seja, minha mãe foi enganada pela Rubi óticas e relojoaria.
My mother bought a frame at a store and went to Rubi Óptica e Relojoaria, located at Avenida Itaberaba, number 5201, to make the spectacle lenses. When she was attended to, they informed that, as the frame had been purchased elsewhere, they did not guarantee the quality and that there was a possibility of breaking. Today my mother went to change the frame at another optician and asked the attendant to confirm the degree of the old lenses, and to her surprise, he informed her that the lenses were plastic and had no degree, that is, my mother was deceived by Rubi Optics and Watchmaking.
