★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agora a academia se chama 4Health. Frequento há 2 meses e já percebo os resultados. O diferencial são os instrutores muito atenciosos e interessados no aluno. Os equipamentos estão em bom estado e há variedade. Nos horários de pico o movimento é intenso, mas nada que um rodízio não resolva. Há estúdio de Pilates no local. Amplo estacionamento e fácil acesso. Vale a visita e a sequência.
Now the gym is called 4Health. I've been using it for 2 months and I can already see the results. The difference is that the instructors are very attentive and interested in the student. The equipment is in good condition and there is variety. At peak times the movement is intense, but nothing that a rotation can't solve. There is a Pilates studio on site. Ample parking and easy access. Worth the visit and the sequel.
