★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito boa comida ! Sou fã de comida japonesa. bem diversificado cardápio deles tanto para quem gosta quando para quem não gosta está acompanhando. Vale a pena visitar. Para quem gosta de comer ao ar livre é bom porém para quem não gosta o local não possui lugar tampado.

Porém, ontem, foi muito ruim. A apresentação dos pratos estavam muito ruim. Faltou sabor!
O Shoyo era de péssima qualidade, parecia que tinham adicionado água.
Infelizmente, não foi bom! Não estava bom! Precisam voltar como era antes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento no Delivery, demora muito, um pedido meu cheguei a quase 3h de espera. Ja erraram meu pedido, duas vezes, quando vem certo vem frio. Hoje resolvi dar mais uma chance para o estabelecimento e esqueceram os dois molhos que pedi e o hashi. Eles não recebiam ligação, muito menos respondia no whatsapp. Total descaso com o cliente! Melhorem.
Poor delivery service, it takes a long time, my order arrived at almost 3h of waiting. My order was already wrong twice, when it comes right it comes cold. Today I decided to give the establishment one more chance and they forgot the two sauces I ordered and the chopsticks. They didn't get a call, much less answered on whatsapp. Total neglect with the customer! Get better.

Ontem 11/01 voltei na expectativa de comer um belo Ceviche e a atendente (de legging, chinelos de dedos, que não conhecia o cardápio, e gritava de longe os que estavam dentro do estabelecimento para tirar suas dúvidas) disse que não tinha feito compra dos ingredientes pq não "os meninos" chegaram na hora de abrir! Ia pedir então peça de Sashimi, não tinha peixe branco; a shakerita com muito gelo, frutas com gosto passado o que eu e uma amiga pedimos sem sabor, apresentação péssima, tamanho das peças atípicos e os pratos cheios de marca de dedos, ou aspecto se sujo, muito frustrante!
I was already a customer in 2019 in the second semester, at the time I was delighted! Yesterday 1/11 I came back expecting to eat a beautiful Ceviche and the attendant (in leggings, flip flops, who did not know the menu, and shouted from afar those who were inside the establishment to clear up her doubts) said she had not made a purchase of the ingredients because not "the boys" arrived at the time to open! Then I was going to order Sashimi's piece, there was no white fish; the shakerita with a lot of ice, fruits with a past taste what a friend and I asked for without flavor, terrible presentation, size of the atypical pieces and plates full of fingerprints, or if they look dirty, very frustrating!
