Clientes não vão a assistência técnica levar solução e sim problemas, problemas esses dos seus aparelhos, a assistência técnica tem que ter o bom atendimento para não perderem os clientes, clientes insatisfeitos vão embora e não voltam mais, clientes são os que colocam o nosso arroz com feijão em nossas mesas e pagam nosso luxo. Os clientes quando chegam ate a nos, vem com o pensamento que iremos resolver o seu problema, o cliente quer solução solução e problema. Saibamos cativar os clientes, para não perdermos o nosso monopolio, clientes satisfeitos voltam, clientes insatisfeitos somem e nunca mais voltam.
Sometimes the guy is a great pro, plus the customers are illegitimate. Customers are not going to the technical assistance to take solution and yes problems, these problems of their devices, the technical assistance has to have the good care to not lose the customers, dissatisfied customers leave and do not return more, customers are the ones who put our rice with beans on our tables and pay our luxury. Customers when they arrive at us, comes with the thought that we will solve your problem, the customer wants solution solution and problem. Let us captivate our customers so that we do not lose our monopoly, satisfied customers come back, dissatisfied clients disappear and never come back.

Inicialmente, em tempos de pandemia de Covid 19, as duas pessoas que me recepcionaram estavam sem máscara e em segundo, o responsável técnico não quis nem saber qual o problema do meu aparelho, foi logo dizendo estar fora de linha, sendo que a questão era mau contato no fio, numa primeira vez que estive lá me empurraram logo a venda um equipamento novo. É a segunda vez que não gosto do atendimento desta empresa, logo não recomendo e não volto mais.
