★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrasaram muito a entrega. Instalar então, senta e espera. Aguardando até hoje terminar... era pra outubro 2020, entregaram no fim do ano.. parcial. 3 meses pra instalar... ficou errado, falta consertar e faltam portas. Estamos em fim de maio 2021. Haja paciência....
Delayed a lot of delivery. Then install, sit and wait. Waiting until today to finish ... it was for October 2020, delivered at the end of the year .. partial. 3 months to install... it was wrong, it needs to be fixed and there are no doors We are at the end of May 2021. Be patient ....

Fiz todo meu apartamento. Voltei ontem na SCA pra mandar fazer o quarto de hóspedes/home office que faltou e novamente a experiência foi excelente. Recomendo.
Excellent service from the first contact. Wonderful after sales. All deadlines have been met. Assembly staff very capable and with above average education. I made my whole apartment. I went back yesterday to SCA to have the missing guest room/home office built and again the experience was excellent. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu maior arrependido na reforma do meu apto foi ter contratado a SCA para marcenaria. Tive grandes problemas, como acabamentos, instalações erradas e de péssima qualidade. Estou já há 8 meses consertando sempre algo. Entre vindas da equipe. Muito cansativo tudo! Não recomendo!
My biggest regret in the renovation of my apartment was having hired SCA for carpentry. I had major problems, such as finishes, wrong installations and poor quality. I've been fixing something for 8 months now. Enter team welcomes. Everything is very tiring! I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Des do inicio ao final da obra fiquei muito satisfeita , no inicio com a Vendedora Nataly ,muito satisfeita com o Sr Roberto e Douglas na hora da medição muito educados e capacitados , e principalmente com a Equipe de montagem Com O Bruno Neves supervisor , entregando com excelência , a Luzia responsável pelo cronograma da pré vendas ,entrega antecipada , na minha opinião conhecemos a empresa com a o pós vendas dando destaque pela educação , limpeza, organização respeito da equipe (Aldenaison Novinho , Gleibson Marcos , Laercio e Andre, luiz Carlos , Afonso ) Muito obrigada mesmo pela dedicação e o cuidado que foi dado a minha obra, volto a fazer negocio com essa equipe e super recomendo !!! Só nao foi nota 10 por conta de um imprevisto com meu nome no serasa nao me dei conta com o pagamento do primeiro boleto teve uma confusão em relação ao boletos por email , e ninguém para fazer uma confirmação se os boletos estavam ok
Mas isso tem como contornar com a Gerente e area comercial
Fica aqui meu agradecimento a @SCA Jardim Europa superou minhas expectativas !!!

From the beginning to the end of the work I was very satisfied, at the beginning with the Saleswoman Nataly, very satisfied with Mr Roberto and Douglas at the time of measurement, very polite and qualified, and especially with the assembly team With Bruno Neves supervisor, delivering with excellence, Luzia responsible for the pre-sales schedule, early delivery, in my opinion, we know the company with the after sales, highlighting the education, cleaning, organization and respect of the team (Aldenaison Novinho, Gleibson Marcos, Laercio and Andre, luiz Carlos, Afonso ) Thank you so much for the dedication and care that was given to my work, I will do business with this team again and I highly recommend it!!! It just wasn't a 10 because of an unforeseen event with my name on the serasa I didn't realize with the payment of the first slip there was a confusion regarding the slips by email, and no one to confirm if the slips were ok
But there is a way around this with the Manager and commercial area
Here's my thanks to @SCA Jardim Europa exceeded my expectations !!!
