★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamais recomendo a clínica odontológica S&M Odontologia e a profissional Lucianna da Silva Pessoa, pois a mesma realizou uma cirurgia de extração de siso sem me advertir devidamente dos riscos e agora estou com parestesia. (Quando o efeito da anestesia demora mais tempo do que deveria para passar.) Eu sequer conhecia o termo pois a profissional só veio cita-lo depois de constatar que eu estava sofrendo disso. A mesma profissional não estipulou prazo de melhora, sendo que alguns casos de parestesia podem demorar até anos para serem curados, ou até mesmo ser irreversíveis. (Destaco novamente que só fui descobrir isso depois, pois a profissional não me informou nada acerca da parestesia.) Também não quiserem me oferecer meu laudo médico alegando que isso precisava ser aprovado pelos donos da clínica, e segundo os funcionários que me atenderam, esses "donos" não estava lá no dia em que fui exigir meu laudo. Pois bem, se eles não estavam lá, deveriam pelo menos ter alguém para responder por eles, certo? Afinal, laudo médico é direito do paciente! Porém, simplesmente se negaram. Honestamente não sei mais o que fazer além de chorar e rezar para que eu consiga voltar ao normal. Mas além disso vou deixar aqui meu feedback negativo e avisar de antemão que a justiça será acionada!
 I never recommend the dental clinic S&M Odontologia and the professional Lucianna da Silva Pessoa, because she underwent a wisdom tooth extraction surgery without properly warning me of the risks and now I am paresthesia. (When the effect of the anesthesia takes longer than it should have to pass.) I didn't even know the term because the professional only came to quote it after realizing that I was suffering from it. The same professional did not set an improvement period, and some cases of paresthesia can take up to years to be cured, or even be irreversible. (I emphasize again that I only discovered this later, as the professional did not inform me about the paresthesia.) Also, they do not want to offer me my medical report claiming that this needed to be approved by the clinic owners, and according to the employees who attended to me, these "owners" was not there the day I went to demand my report. Well, if they weren't there, they should at least have someone to answer for them, right? After all, a medical report is the patient's right! However, they simply refused. I honestly don't know what else to do other than cry and pray that I can get back to normal. But in addition I will leave my negative feedback here and warn in advance that justice will be called!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo como sempre, pedem 1 mês pra marcar avaliação de tratamento de canal, a pessoa tá com dor e ainda vai esperar 1 mês pra tratar canal?
Terrible service as always, they ask for 1 month to schedule a root canal evaluation, is the person in pain and will they still wait 1 month to treat a root canal?

Fora isto, os profissionais são todos excelentes .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não acho que são honesto no sentido de avisar quando acabou o tratamento ficam prolongando manutenção trocam o elástico e cobram mais de cem reais só pra isso
I don't think they are honest in the sense of letting you know when the treatment is over, they keep prolonging maintenance, they change the elastic and charge more than a hundred reais just for that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei a clínica por ser uma das poucas que cobria a extração do siso pelo plano, mas infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência. Depois da cirurgia surgiu uma infecção, entrei em contato com dentista que realizou o procedimento, o qual disse que estava tudo normal. Entrei em contato com outros 3 dentistas que afirmaram ser um infecção foi quando pude iniciar um tratamento com antibiótico e iniciar uma recuperação, que esta sendo demorada e incomoda devido a má conduta do profissional que realizou o procedimento. Não recomendo essa clínica
I looked for the clinic because it was one of the few that covered wisdom extraction by the plan, but unfortunately I had a bad experience. After the surgery an infection appeared, I contacted the dentist who performed the procedure, who said everything was normal. I contacted 3 other dentists who said it was an infection was when I was able to start an antibiotic treatment and start a recovery, which is being time consuming and uncomfortable due to the misconduct of the professional who performed the procedure. I do not recommend this clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em novembro fiz um tratamento de canal e em Janeiro esse canal inflamou. Entrei em contato por 2 vezes para a doutora poder avaliar e desde então, nenhum retorno. Após, essas iniciativas, resolvi então, marcar uma consulta. E toda vez que ligo para lá. Dizem que estão sem horário, que a agenda só abre no dia cinco do mês. E agora, por último no dia cinco, tentei agenda e me informaram que a agenda abriria em Junho. É decepcionante, um local com bom atendimento e ótimo profissionais. Mas, sem nenhum comprometimento e responsabilidade com seus clientes. Vc faz o tratamento e se der ruim, vc que se vire e de preferência em outro lugar.

After these initiatives, I decided to make an appointment. And every time I call there. They say they have no schedule, that the agenda only opens on the fifth of the month. But without any commitment and responsibility to its customers. You do the treatment and if it goes bad, you turn around and preferably somewhere else.
