Falaram que um apto que eu queria ver tinha proposta, no dia seguinte fui visitar com outra imobiliária e pedi para checarem com o proprietário, não tinha nada. Procurem pessoas mais sérias e profissionais na hora de procurar um apto :)
They answer 1x a day and when they do, they have no interest in serving you. They said that a fit that I wanted to see had a proposal, the next day I went to visit with another real estate agent and asked to check with the owner, there was nothing. Look for more serious and professional people when looking for a fit :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorei 3 dias para ter a atenção de um corretor. Quando tive, marcamos uma visita e a mesma não aconteceu pois o profissional não confirmou a visita e não apareceu. Acabei alugando meu imóvel em outra imobiliária e foi a melhor coisa que fiz.
It took me 3 days to get a broker's attention. When I had, we made an appointment and it did not happen because the professional did not confirm the visit and did not show up. I ended up renting my property at another real estate company and it was the best thing I did.
