★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A imobiliária é totalmente impessoal. Aluguei um apartamento nos Jardins onde minha filha ficou por 4 anos e meio. Paguei sempre religiosamente em dia (exceto um dia por falha do banco). Nunca houve qualquer tipo de problema por parte da minha filha (barulho etc) levado à imobiliária. Houve sim um vazamento do apartamento de cima e nada foi feito. Houve também problema no aquecimento e simplesmente disseram: faça um orçamento do conserto e vamos ver se aprovamos. Quando disse que não era de São Paulo, se eles não tinham ninguém para ver isso ou para indicar, o proprietário disse que bastava procurar na internet. O fato é que não houve sequer um obrigado e boa sorte ao término da locação. O mercado hoje exige a simpatia, a humanização, coisa que definitivamente eles não tem. A rigor, parece que estão te fazendo um grande favor em alugar alguma coisa para você. Por tudo isso, não recomendo. Havia pensado em entregar o apto antes, mas acabamos nos acomodando e a mudança custa dinheiro. Dei ainda duas estrelas porque valeu a pena a locação, pelo lugar e pelo pessoal do prédio (porteiros) que são educados e solícitos.
Real estate is totally impersonal. I rented an apartment in Jardins where my daughter stayed for 4 and a half years. I have always paid religiously on time (except one day due to bank failure). There was never any kind of problem on the part of my daughter (noise etc) taken to the real estate agency. There was a leak from the apartment above and nothing was done. There was also a problem with the heating and they simply said: budget for the repair and let's see if we approve. When he said he wasn't from São Paulo, if they didn't have anyone to see it or to indicate it, the owner said he just had to look it up on the internet. The fact is that there was not even a thank you and good luck at the end of the lease. The market today demands sympathy, humanization, something they definitely don't have. Strictly speaking, it looks like they're doing you a big favor by renting something to you. For all that, I don't recommend it. I had thought of handing over the apartment before, but we ended up settling down and moving costs money. I also gave two stars because the lease was worth it, for the place and the building staff (doormen) who are polite and helpful.
