Telefones que dificilmente funcionam, funcionários aparentemente desmotivados e para piorar, pouco conectada com o mundo virtual. A SAAE não tem vínculos com nenhum banco para pagamentos via internet bank, o que é inaceitável no mundo que vivemos hoje.
 SAAE is the portrait of public companies in Brazil, that is, BAD. Phones that hardly work, employees apparently unmotivated and to make matters worse, little connected to the virtual world. SAAE has no ties to any bank for payments via the internet bank, which is unacceptable in the world we live in today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pena que não tem opção de dar nota zero(0). Quase 1 semana sem água. Não temos água pra fazer comida, limpar a casa e nem pra tomar banho. Pagamos água pra não usar ??? E se não pagar vai cortar ?! Mas como cortar o que não temos ?
Too bad you have no option to give zero (0). Almost 1 week without water. We have no water to make food, clean the house or even to bathe. We pay water not to use ??? And if not pay will cut ?! But how to cut what we do not have?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento mais ou menos no escritório dessa empresa, com um atendente que parece um ser de outro mundo, mal educado, nem sequer abre a boca direito. Passou dos 5 dias úteis pra instalação do hidrômetro, liguei para perguntar o motivo do atraso, estava como instalado na ordem de serviço, mas se não bastasse, me fizeram o favor de instalar na casa errada, na casa vizinha que está FECHADA! Brincadeira, né?
Care about the office of the company, with an attendant who looks like a being from another world, poorly educated, not even open your mouth right. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gera dividas em nome da pessoa sem nem mesmo ter ido lugar a água lá. E nunca cortam mesmo se tiver meses acumulados. Descobri que tenho 13 parcelas devendo. Absurdo e ridículo esses procedimentos d empresa.
It generates debts in the name of the person without even having gone to water there. And they never cut even if you have accumulated months. I found out that I have 13 installments owed. These company procedures are absurd and ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pelo whatsapp, principalmente a unidade do cidade das rosas ,eles ficam online e não responde nada , que falta de respeito ao consumidor , como se nós estivéssemos pedindo favor pra eles.
Terrible service on whatsapp, especially the Cidade das Rosas unit, they are online and do not answer anything, what a lack of respect for the consumer, as if we were asking them for a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Uma semana esperando, por algo que é de urgência pois estou grávida e eles responderem agora e ainda não resolveu, ainda colocam muita burocracia, fora as taxas extremamente absurdas. Pensei que a cosern era ruim, mas nada se compara a saae pelo visto.
Awful! Waiting a week, for something that is urgent because I'm pregnant and they answer now and it still hasn't solved, they still put a lot of bureaucracy, apart from the extremely absurd fees. I thought the cosern was bad, but nothing compares to the exit apparently.
