I thought the phone would be answered, I called all day long and nobody answered the lack of professionalism, especially with people from the distant neighborhood. I only gave it a star because I can't post outrage without giving it a star, note 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prometem um procedimento até as 16:00 hs (horário de encerramento). Não cumprem. Após o horário, favor reclamar com o papa. Tem 2 funcionários no atendimento. Uma moça atenciosa e prestativa enquanto que o outro que se recusou a emitir 2as vias de contas a meu filho e ainda respondeu que não é obrigado a ser atencioso com ninguém. (Admito que meu filho não deve ter sido educado com tal criatura) Afinal após receber uma resposta dessa, ninguém é obrigado a ser educado não é mesmo???
Editando... Mudei as estrelas e reitero que agora acabou de sair daqui o um rapaz, também muito gentil, que veio cumprir o prometido após o horário de atendimento, pelo qual fiquei muito agradecida. Então, só resta o problema de atendimento do ser mencionado acima.
They promise a procedure until 16:00 (closing time). They don't. After hours, please complain to the pope. It has 2 employees in attendance. One girl was attentive and helpful while the other who refused to issue duplicate accounts to my son and still replied that he is not obliged to be considerate of anyone. Editing ... I changed the stars and I reiterate that now a guy, also very kind, has just left here, who came to fulfill his promise after office hours, for which I was very grateful. So, there is only the problem of meeting the being mentioned above.

Terrible here in my neighborhood, the only thing missing is water, it's been 5 days since I've had water and I call the switchboard but it doesn't solve anything. Sabesp is a terrible TD.
