★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui e nunca mais irei nessa loja pois é impossível ter uma pessoa tão grossa mal morada sem educação que atende na loja parece que esta ali obrigada sem gostar do que esta fazendo e pelo os comentários sempre é assim pois pelas as reclamações que são muitas e eu e minha esposa fomos apenas mais um.
 I went and will never go to this store because it's impossible to have such a rude uneducated person who works at the store, it seems that you're there thanks without liking what you're doing and because of the comments it's always like that because the complaints are many and I and my wife were just another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei nessa loja para comprar uma ração terapeutica para o pet da minha prima e fui muito mal atendida já chegando na loja havia um senhor que acho que é o segurança estava na ponta da loja fumando e ao passar por ele ficou me olhando de em cima a baixo ao entrar a loja a mulher de pele e cabelo claro e comprido estava no celular eu que tive que ir ate ela para poder saber se tinha o produto a mesma em nenhum momento deixou de falar no celular e só olhou a receita e disse que não tinha e perguntei se tinha algum similar disse não sei ai não é comigo é como veterinário ao sair da loja ouvir ela dizer ¨mais uma cliente chata ¨ e deu risada.
I stopped by this store to buy a therapeutic ration for my cousin's pet and I was very poorly attended. As I arrived at the store there was a man who I think is the security guard was at the end of the store smoking and as I passed by he kept looking at me from above. down when entering the store the woman with long, light skin and hair was on her cell phone and I had to go to her to be able to find out if she had the product the same, she never stopped talking on her cell phone and just looked at the recipe and said no there was and I asked if there were any similar ones she said I don't know there it's not me it's like a veterinarian when I leave the store I hear her say 'another annoying customer' and laughed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive algumas semanas atrás e a Dona Cristina me atendeu pessimamente pois ao comentar se teria desconto na compra de 5 pacotes de ração de 15kg em dinheiro a Dona Cristina deu uma risadinha e disse irônica nem se levar 20. Até ai levei numa boa ai comentei que era para 3 cães que tinha sido resgatado da rua ai a Dona Cristina disse 3 vira latas e novamente seu uma risadinha achei um absurdo esse tom de chamar os cães de vira latas me retirei sem levar nada

Gostaria de agradecer principalmente o carinho percebido com nossos pets e a preocupação com seu bem estar; por exemplo: Já foi detectado no banho que minha Schnauzer estava com a orelha inflamada , e teriamos vários exemplos da dedicação destes profissionais. Somente uma palavra define minha satisfação : Gratidão.
Excellent service from Mr. Willian, Mirna, Cris, and all the employees involved in serving us, in the store and bathing and grooming. I would like to thank mainly the affection perceived with our pets and the concern for their well-being; for example: It was already detected in the bath that my Schnauzer had an inflamed ear, and we would have several examples of the dedication of these professionals. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A despeito de alguns comentários aqui, quero dizer que sou cliente desse Pet há mais de 7 ano (os donos nunca mudaram). A Mirna e toda equipe são extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos, pessoas que realmente gostam de cachorros e animais. Não acredite no que voce le na internet, principalmente nos tempos que vivemos de fake news e difamação de pessoas, vá até o local e confira in loco.
Ah, a proprietária além de tudo tem formação veterinária, o que é um tremendo diferencial.
Só tenho elogios ao local e serei cliente por muitos anos.
Despite some comments here, I want to say that I have been a customer of this Pet for over 7 years (the owners have never changed). Mirna and the entire team are extremely attentive and friendly, people who really like dogs and animals. Do not believe what you read on the internet, especially in the times we live with fake news and defamation of people, go to the site and check it out in loco.
Ah, the owner, besides everything, has a veterinary background, which is a tremendous differential.
I only have praise for the place and will be a customer for many years.

Por algumas vez tentamos ser cliente dessa loja a primeira vez foi no final de maio de 2020 e depois segunda quinzena em setembro de 2020 ambos no serviço de entrega que foi feita por uma senhora má educada grossa antipática, na segunda vez além de essa senhora repetir o péssimo atendimento não me deu o troco de R$10,70 pois disse que eu não tinha solicitado e se eu quisesse ou ia ate a loja buscar ou quando ela passasse por ali ela entregava resolve deixar mas também nunca mais fiz pedido
Resolve ir até loja alguns dias atrás mas a tentativa foi pior ainda pois a mesma senhora que fez as entregas estava na loja e veio me atender e novamente igual como fazia na entrega pessimamente mas resolve não perder o meu tempo e me retirei da loja, por que eu lê e fiquei sabendo essa senhora era motorista virou gerente da loja

Estive algumas vezes e o atendimento sempre foi razoável porem em julho a gerente me tratou muito mal sendo grossa arrogante sem vontade de atender como se tanto faz se eu iria comprar ou não
