â â â â â Vou ter que passar o fim de semana todo sem internet, pois eles nĂŁo atendem e nĂŁo respondem por nenhum numero. Minha net caiu nessa madrugada e agora ja sao quase 6pm e nada de resposta. Passei o dia todo ligando e nada. Pessimo atendimento. Nao recomendo.
 I'll have to spend the whole weekend without internet, because they don't answer and don't answer by any number. My net went down at dawn and now it's almost 6pm and there's no response. I spent all day calling and nothing. Terrible attendance. I do not recommend.

Acho que a Anatel nao sabe disso por que como querem colocar uma empresa que trabalha com clientes fidelizados mais nao dĂŁo suporte
It is not supported a very big error if your internet is a problem at night you can forget why it is not supported
I think Anatel doesn't know this because as they want to put a company that works with loyal customers, they don't support it

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo serviço. Vc chama sĂł vem com 24 hrs e quando chega na residĂȘncia diz que o problema Ă© so na sua casa. E ainda mentem dizendo q e fibra Ăłptica, e o sinal fica oxilando direto .
Poor service. You only come with 24 hrs and when you arrive at the residence you say that the problem is only at your home. And they still lie saying q and optical fiber, and the signal is oxidizing directly.

The worst internet! Don't even hire. The service is terrible, the support when it takes ages! It is now 8:30 am and of so many phone numbers none is answered! Lousy!
